If you love yoga then Monday Flow is a great way to get moving and be present in your body.
If you're more interested in strength building then Pilates Fundamentals on Tuesdays could be the class for you!
I want a women's only class...
Restorative Yoga & Breathwork on Thursday nights at 7pm is a women's only space. Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome 🩷
I want a more gentle class...
Restorative Yoga on Friday afternoons is the most relaxing class, closely followed by Restorative Yoga & Breathwork on Thursday nights. Friday morning Slow Flow involves a little more movement, but is still a gentle wake up into your day.

It means a lot to me to share yoga with my students. I want everyone to understand that yoga can be exactly what they need, regardless of the situation. I strive to make my classes a supportive and caring space where everyone is welcome. Yoga encourages us to observe and learn about our bodies in a neutral way, without judgement and maybe with a little more kindness.
I know what it can be like to want to move your body despite, or because of, an injury or illness. I am continually trying to improve the accessibility of my classes. I currently have Endometriosis & Adenomyosis. In the past I have had chronic kidney bleeding, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a knee operation.

Gina's class was easy to book online, and she was quick to reply with any questions I had. The class is relaxed, easy going and accessible. Gina is so friendly and there's a nice atmosphere with some gentle music and singing bowls. There are variations of poses offered if you want to challenge yourself, or don't want to push too hard. We're also given explanations on why a pose is done, and how it can help you. I recommend giving it a try, and we'll be back for the next block of classes!"
