If you love yoga then Monday Flow is a great way to get moving and be present in your body.
If you're more interested in strength building then Pilates Fundamentals on Tuesdays could be the class for you!
I want a women's only class...
Restorative Yoga & Breathwork on Thursday nights at 7pm is a women's only space. Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome 🩷
I want a more gentle class...
Restorative Yoga on Friday afternoons is the most relaxing class, closely followed by Restorative Yoga & Breathwork on Thursday nights. Friday morning Slow Flow involves a little more movement, but is still a gentle wake up into your day.
It means a lot to me to share yoga with my students. I want everyone to understand that yoga can be exactly what they need, regardless of the situation. I strive to make my classes a supportive and caring space where everyone is welcome. Yoga encourages us to observe and learn about our bodies in a neutral way, without judgement and maybe with a little more kindness.
I know what it can be like to want to move your body despite, or because of, an injury or illness. I am continually trying to improve the accessibility of my classes. I currently have Endometriosis & Adenomyosis. In the past I have had chronic kidney bleeding, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a knee operation.
